Our services
1. Refillery or refill station
Bring your own containers in (or purchase them from us), and we will refill them with soaps, cleansers, shampoos, conditioners, laundry detergent, and much more. This helps reduce your plastic consumption and leaves you knowing you have done something good for the planet.
2. Local meats
Our meats come from farmers we know and who live in our area. These are well-priced and free of the stuff you don’t want in your body. We carry local meats, including organic and grass-fed options, lamb, water buffalo, and local fish.
3. Gluten-free products
We know how difficult it is to eat when you have to eat gluten-free. As a result, we have several lines of gluten-free products, including a delicious line of loaves of bread and baked goods from Healthy Creations Bakery in Windsor.
4. House-roasted coffee
Coffee is best when it is freshly roasted. Mindful Coffee is roasted here at our store, and you will notice the difference when you brew your morning cup. We have a breakfast blend, medium blends, dark blends, fair-trade organic, and extra dark blends. If you love your coffee really dark, then you will love our Black Pearl Blend!
5. Homemade preserves
In our family, we have stopped buying condiments for our hamburgers and sandwiches. We keep our fridge stocked with yummy preserves from Kountry Kitchen Cupboard and top our sandwiches and burgers with Chow Chow, Zucchini Relish, Corn Salsa, and Mother’s Favourite (a flavourful blend of beets, cabbage, and horseradish). These preserves are a healthy alternative to condiments, and they are far more flavorful. We also carry pickles from The Pickle Station - a local pickle company located in Chatham.
